Version 1.0

The Suite is distributed only as binaries at the moment, packaged neatly inside a Mac OS X Installer package. Included in the package:

	* QuantumCore framework
	* stigma3 - computational engine
	* STIGMA Input - input setup helper application
	* GrayMatter - STM visualizer helper application
	* Cubist - A cube generator akin to Gaussian's own cubegen

Well, not really screenshots of STIGMA itself -- that would be pretty boring, just a bunch of text from a terminal. No, what we have here are images crafted by GrayMatter using data from STIGMA!

GrayMatter has several methods for representing tunneling height/current in images it creates. Here we see the "false-color" mode, where height/current maps to distinct colors. This image also includes a lateral scale bar at the bottom of the image and the dependent scale bar at the left edge.

STIGMA is an acronym for Scanning Tunneling Imaging by Gaussian Molecular orbital Analysis. The program makes use of a Gaussian basis set and eigenvector/eigenvalue data to predict an STM image for a molecular system via the Tersoff/Hamann s-wave tip model.
