Caesar Salad Dressing

This recipe is based on a recipe I found online; I held back a bit on the garlic and anchovy paste to meet my tastes. This recipe yields enough to dress a large bowl of caesar salad (for ~ 6 adults).


  • 1 small garlic clove (minced very finely)
  • ½ tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (we use Hellmann's olive oil version)
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmasan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  1. Whisk together garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce
  2. Add mayonnaise, cheese, salt, and pepper and whisk until homogeneous
