Candied Walnuts
ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup walnuts (whole or pieces)
- ¼ cup granulated white sugar
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- Add everything to a non-stick saute pan over medium heat
- Stir constantly for ~ 5 minutes until the sugar begins to brown and liquify
- Transfer to parchment paper and immediately separate each nut
- Cool
