Nan's Hot Fudge Sauce
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 6 2/3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
- Melt the butter in the microwave and combine with the other ingredients in a sauce pan.
- Over medium heat, bring to a boil. Sustain the boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and cool before refrigerating/freezing.
